Goodbye to post-run cramping. Stoked on #itsthenerve!
There’s a rule I live by which is, “I’ll try anything two or three times.” It usually applies to foods (and I love interesting foods), although I tried it with country dancing and totally struck out three times. Hey at least I gave it a shot. Well, I decided to pack a whole case of #itsthenerve with me when some friends and I decided to run 135+ miles around the perimeter of Oahu. Post-run cramping has been brutal for me in the past, and I knew that if I came out of this one without cramping, it’s the real deal. Well . . . . it worked.
